Year-end reports 202

Dear Members,

I hope you find our first three year-end reports on Water, Sewerage, and Governance, of interest.

We have a lot of work ahead of us: including an analysis of the budget to ensure we receive fair tariff increases, fighting for necessary investment in our infrastructure, ensuring competent skills are employed in senior positions, and most importantly, engaging the administration on all of the critical strategic areas of importance, such as water supply and storage, expansion of the sewerage plant, and efficiency of waste management.

I would like to thank the members of our Executive Committee who volunteer so much of their time to promote good governance in Bitou.  As always, we appreciate our members' comments and questions.

Our AGM will be held 10 April and we hope you will join us.  More details will follow.
